Why should my group or " incentive " come to Dubai? Dubai, the vibrant "Hong Kong" of the Middle East, a place of great modernity, and old bazaars, exclusive golf courses and serene desert landscapes. The recreational possibilities in the whole of the United Arab Emirates and neighbouring Sultanate of Oman are endless, from the calm waters of the Arabian Gulf to the wadis of the Hajar Mountains. 2. Is it safe to travel to the Middle East? Despite being geographically close to hot-spots like Iraq and Afghanistan, the Middle Eastern countries United Arab Emirates and Sultanate of Oman are one of the safest holiday destinations. There is virtually no direct crime on the streets, and people of all nationalities and religion are helpful, friendly and hospitable. Dubai, especially has developed as a safe commercial hub for numerous international companies. 3. Can I afford to come to the Middle East? The Dirham of the United Arab Emirates is directly linked to the US Dollar (3.65 AED = 1 US Dollar), making for a stable currency. While 5 Star waterfront Hotels and Desert Resorts, wining and dining, and recreational activities are more on the expensive side, great deals can be made in the famous Dubai Gold Souk, on textiles and electronic goods. A place of great value for your money. 4. What is the time difference between the Middle East and Europe? During the summer months the time difference is two hours + to Continental Europe, three + for the United Kingdom. This increases by an hour respectively during the winter months. 5. Which places should be a priority for a first visit to the Middle East? As all major international Airlines fly to Dubai, a visit to this exciting city is a must. Furthermore, to see Arabia Felix at it's best, a tour of the desert and mountainous regions of the United Arab Emirates and Oman should not be left out. A great experience, not to be missed. 6. Which are the best months to visit the Middle East? Summer temperatures can go as high as 50° C, with high humidity levels in coastal regions. Best months are therefore between October and April, with temperatures dropping to sometimes 5° C in the early hours of the morning if you opt for a night under the stars. 7. Do we need any special vaccinations to travel to the Middle East? No. 8. How long should a group's stay be ? The average stay for an incentive group is 4-5 nights in the Emirates. 9. What is the biggest/smallest group you can handle ? Most of our group sizes tend to be between 50 and 120 people. It is however possible to organize wonderful trips for small groups of six people and an exciting group event for groups up to 2000 !! |
